We are a company of experienced energy advisors licenced by Natural Resources Canada to perform energy assessments in accordance with the Canada Greener Homes Program and other provincial energy programs such as BC Energy Step Code.

Greener Homes Grant

The Canada Greener Homes Grant is providing up to 700,000 grants of up to $5,000 to homeowners making energy efficient retrofits to their homes. In BC the existing CleanBC Better Homes program offers additional opportunities for homeowners. You may qualify for up to $14,000 in additional rebates with two bonus rebates available for completing two or more qualifying upgrades.

Successfully completing at least one eligible grant in the Federal program as well as a pre and post energy evaluation will qualify you for a $600 top-up to help pay for energy evaluation services.

  1. Create an account for Greener Homes here

  2. Begin a new application

  3. Ask us to select which company as your service provider

  4. After your application is approved by the federal government, we will contact you to arrange a pre-upgrade energy evaluation and discuss your planned retrofits.
